Just outside the city of Seward, travel down the winding road to Exit Glacier and you'll find your paradise away from home, Seward Windsong Lodge. The towering mountains, fragrant spruce trees and the rush of the Resurrection River awaken your senses on arrival.
Close to town, yet located in a secluded setting, our 180 spacious guest rooms, onsite restaurant, lounge and meeting facilities provide a peaceful respite. The Seward Windsong Lodge is your first-class choice for Seward, Alaska lodging! The lodge is open from mid-May through mid-September. Shoulder season room rates start at $155 per night based on double occupancy.
Relax next to Kenai Fjords National Park
The guest lodges at Seward Windsong Lodge are connected to the main lodge and Resurrection Roadhouse by a series of paved trails that wind their way throughout the property. Wildflowers, ferns and spruce trees accent the natural beauty of this temperate rain forest. Not far from the lodge is the entrance to Kenai Fjords National Park. Access by foot via the Resurrection Trail and Exit Glacier trail system provides hours of exploration into Alaska's backcountry.

Whether you have spent your day watching wildlife or viewing glaciers calving into the sea or venturing out on a guided sea kayaking excursion - you'll find plenty to do during your stay at Seward Windsong Lodge. Hike to the face of Exit Glacier on a narrated guided hike, visit the sled dog kennel of Iditarod champion Mitch Seavey or run to the top of Mt. Marathon. The Seward Windsong Lodge is the perfect gateway to adventure in Kenai Fjords National Park.

The talent and skill of the local artists is outstanding. Ride the complimentary shuttle into Seward and shop for books by local authors, pottery, wood carvings, Alaska Native arts and crafts and hand blown glass beads in a variety of shops around town. Complimentary parking and local shuttle service
If you are driving to Seward Windsong Lodge, we offer complimentary parking near each of our guests lodges, the main lodge and the Resurrection Roadhouse for your convenience. Once you arrive at the lodge, leave the driving to us. Our complimentary shuttle is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with service to the Seward train depot, Seward airport, Seward Small Boat Harbor, and downtown Seward - where Kenai Fjords Tours and the Alaska SeaLife Center are located.
